Terms & research-use policy

Every product we sell is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Products must not be used in or on humans or animals, consumed in any form, or relabeled, repackaged, or resold as anything other than a research material.

• You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase laboratory research materials where you live and where products are delivered.
• The catalog is open to approved members only. We review every membership request and may approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion, without giving a reason.
• You must give accurate information when you register, including your name and the type of research you do, and keep it current.
• You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Before you can see products or prices, you check off the acknowledgment below (version 2026-10-16.2), once on each browser and device you use. Each acknowledgment is recorded with your account. If the statements change, anyone acknowledging from then on sees the new version; an acknowledgment you have already made stays on record with the statements it covered.

   I understand these materials are labeled RESEARCH USE ONLY and are not intended for human or animal consumption or use.

3. 03I am qualified to conduct research.

   I have the appropriate knowledge and equipment to handle, store, and research these materials safely and lawfully. Anything I do regarding reconstitution, concentrations, quantities, methods, or lab results will be done independently and at my own responsibility.

• You are solely responsible for knowing and following every law, regulation, and institutional policy that applies to buying, receiving, possessing, storing, handling, and disposing of the products.
• You must have the training, facilities, and equipment to handle research materials safely, and you accept every risk of doing so.
• We may cancel any order, close any account, and refuse future sales if we have reason to believe products will be used for anything other than research, or that these terms have been broken.

Nothing on this site, in our emails, or in conversation with us is medical advice, and nothing we say is a claim that any product is safe or effective for any use. Product descriptions summarize published research context only. Talk to a licensed healthcare professional about any health question.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and set by us at the time of the order. VIP pricing applies only to accounts with a valid VIP code attached.
• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we record payment and confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we refund anything you have paid for it.
• Orders are paid by the methods shown at checkout. An unpaid order is held and may be cancelled.

• We ship within the United States to the address you give at checkout or, where we offer it, hold the order for pickup. Check your address carefully; we are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
• Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes the package, or when you collect a pickup order.
• You are responsible for any import rules, duties, or seizures that apply where products are delivered.

Because research materials cannot be resold once they leave our control, all sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email support@goodvibepeps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace the item or refund it.

Products are supplied “as is” for research. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, beyond our statement that products match their listed description when shipped.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any harm arising from misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or use of a product other than for laboratory research. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Good Vibe Peptides and its owners, staff, and suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or handling of the products, your breach of these terms or the acknowledgment, or your violation of any law.

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes to the acknowledgment statements are published as a new version; the version you acknowledged stays on record.

These terms, the acknowledgment you signed, and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us. They are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
